Push notifications (Android)
Section titled “Push notifications (Android)”Settings → Push Notifications → Notification Preferences.
- Enable Push Notifications turns them all on or off.
- Individual switches: Bill Reminders, Budget Alerts, Bank Connection Issues, Subscription Detection and Transaction Review Requests.
- Quiet Hours holds notifications overnight.
If Buoy’s switches are on but nothing arrives, check that notifications for Buoy are allowed in your phone’s own settings.
Settings → Email Notifications → Email Preferences.
- Always on: login alerts and password changes, for your security.
- Account activity: bank connection problems and fixes, subscription changes, trial ending reminders.
- Financial insights: budget alerts, savings milestones, large transactions, monthly summary.
- Achievements: badges, milestones, streaks.
- Marketing & updates: new features, tips, product updates, offers.
Every email also has an unsubscribe link.
